HALL HIRE

Our hall has been used by the community for more than eighty years, and is a great venue for parties, meetings, training courses, theatre, concerts, and more.

Please include setting up and clearing away time in your booking.

Mondays

Bingo
7:00pm—9:00pm, 50p entry charge per person.
The group meets for a social evening of bingo, tea, and chat. Newcomers are always welcome.

Tuesday

Zumba Gold
1:30pm-2:30pm, £5 per person*
Zumba® involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

The Knitters
2.45pm-4.45pm, 50p entry fee.

The knitting group is open to all levels, the novice and the experienced. The group offers a casual social atmosphere with a focus on knit and natter over a cuppy and biscuits. 50p entry fee.

Yoga Group
6:30pm—7:30pm, £6 per person

Yoga is a system of physical exercise and a calming means of escapism from the chaotic world, but it can be so much more. Whatever your ability or experience, enhance your life by coming along to our adult yoga class taught by the very experienced Louisa Craig. (Not during school holidays).

Great fun, and an active way to enjoy yourself and keep fit too, led by the dynamic Anna Maria to music and lights to set the scene for each dance.

Move More
RGU Outreach in the Community

9:30am-11:50am

First class runs from 9.30am-10.20am and second class from 11:00am-11.50am

Come to improve your mobility, posture, balance and strength as well as meet new people and old friends.
This class is run by a Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy students from Robert Gordon University.

A seated exercise group that is fun and healthy exercise too! All ages welcome. 50p Entry Fee.

 

The Torry Heritage Group (every Fortnight)
1:00pm-3:00pm

The Torry Heritage Group meets every two weeks from 1-3pm. With guest speakers and story sharing. This group is open to all.

 

Ju Jitsu

A weekly class run by Granite City Ju Jitsu. A global sport open to all ages and experience. £6 per person*
